The staff of Tri-Cities Nursing and Rehabilitation Center are proud of their community and volunteer in an assortment of worthy causes which include: Harlan County High School and Cumberland Middle School sports boosters and coaches,  the Tri-City Little League, cheerleading squads, Girl Scouts, Masonic Lodge and the Empty Stocking Fund. Many are also involved with activities at their churches or entertaining at the Black Bear Festival.

We are a sponsor of the Relay for Life hotdog sale.

Other events we participate in include local parades, float decoration contests, blood drives, health fairs and much, much more.
