Welcome to Tri-Cities Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

The facility was designed with the resident in mind, boasting nearly 45,000 square feet under one roof. The facility features two interior courtyards and seven different resident activity areas plus our very spacious “Railroad Crossing” activity and dining area. The facility offers 37 semi-private rooms and 11 private rooms. All rooms are wired for cable television and telephone for a charge. Access to the internet is free to residents and families.
